Return Policy

Once your order is received to our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 business days for return confirmation. Final sale Items are not eligible for return or refund.

 

 

Purchases made on Marmot.com can be returned via mail.

Fill out the Start a Return form or use your order history in My Account. An email confirmation will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your product as well as the necessary prepaid shipping and RMA labels for you to print out.

*Final Sale Items are non-returnable

Purchases made on Marmot.com may be returned by mail with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. If we do not receive your items within the 70 days of purchase your refund will not be processed.

Please note: final sale items, which are notated with prices ending in .97, are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns are free via FedEx through the Marmot Return Portal where you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Returns from an APO or FPO address must be returned via USPS. USPS shipping charges are not covered by Marmot.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All items purchased on Marmot.com, except for final sale items, are eligible for return if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept the return of Marmot product not purchased at Marmot.com. Purchases made at a Marmot Flagship Store must be returned to the location where the purchase was made and are subject to its return policies. Please see directions and hours of operation for Marmot Flagship Stores.

Return processing typically takes 10-14 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse. It may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your original form of payment. 

Once a return is received, processed, and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. 

To make sure everything goes smoothly, please use the Start a Return form to submit your return. 

You must have an original receipt or packing slip and the original form of payment to complete your return.

No. We are unable to accept Marmot.com or Partnership Store returns at Marmot Flagship Stores.

Please do not ship a Marmot.com return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return.

Marmot will honor a one-time price adjustment for product purchased at full-price on Marmot.com within 2 weeks of purchase. Products purchased on sale or closeout are not eligible for price adjustments.

No price adjustments can be made to any sale product purchase at any time. Marmot reserves the right to change sale prices at any time which may result in a lower price appearing for the same product at a later date.
