Welcome to our Corporate Sales Program
Whether your group is planning a ski trip, a mountain retreat, or you just need everyday comfort and protection for your team - we’ve got you covered. Payment
Marmot accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit terms may be available to qualified applicants.
Customers interested in applying for credit terms should submit the inquiry form or email [email protected].
Shipping
Standard orders ship by FedEx Ground. Two-day and overnight shipping may be available for an additional charge.
Shipping charges will be added to the order invoice.
Marmot.com free-shipping promotions do not apply to Corporate Sales orders.
Sales Tax
Marmot is required to collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped within the United States. Organizations purchasing products for resale or claiming tax-exempt status must provide the appropriate documentation.
A Corporate Sales Representative will provide secure submission instructions after reviewing the inquiry.
Product Guarantee
Marmot guarantees that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable Marmot warranty.
Returns
The 30-day return policy applies to all Corporate Sales orders.
Returns unrelated to product quality for NWT products may be requested within 30 days of the invoice date and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date.
Customers must contact their Corporate Sales Representative for authorization before returning products.
Products purchased or decorated through a third-party distributor are subject to that distributor’s return policy. Marmot will not accept returns of modified products.
Customer Eligibility
Every inquiry must disclose the type of company or organization and the name or logo that will be associated with the Marmot products.
Marmot reserves the right to decline an inquiry or order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
S&S Activewear
A select Corporate Promotional Product assortment is also available through S&S Activewear for approved PPA and ASI Distributors in the US and Canada.
Marmot does not provide customization through its direct Corporate Sales Program.
Customers requiring embroidery, screen printing, or other logo decoration should work with an approved promotional-products distributor through S&S Activewear.
