Earning Points

Marmot Rewards Members can earn points on every dollar spent (excluding taxes and shipping fees) at Marmot.com. Points cannot be earned from international purchases or at Marmot stores or retail stores.

Marmot Rewards members earn points on the dollar value (before taxes) of almost everything they buy at Marmot.com. Points are not earned on gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping fees.

Make sure you are signed in to your account before you make your purchase, and your points will be automatically added to your Marmot Mountain Club account once your order has shipped.

Step 1: Log in to your account and go to your dashboard.

Step 2: Unlock the amount of Marmot Money you want to use.

Step 3: At checkout, apply your unlocked Marmot Money in the "Marmot Rewards" dropdown.

Your points will be added to your account when your items ship. This means that there will be a short period after you place your order where your points do not yet appear in your account. We’ll send a shipping confirmation email to let you know when your items are on the way!

You can see how many points you earned from an order made on Marmot.com by logging in to your account, going to your dashboard and scrolling to the bottom to ‘my history’.

Points earned from purchases made on Marmot.com will be automatically added to your account when your order ships and you get your shipping confirmation email. If your points still have not appeared in your account after that, then please contact our Customer Service Team.

There are many ways for Marmot Mountain Club members to earn points! You can:

• Complete your profile, like your birthday and your phone number (10 points). Don't forget, we can't send your special birthday gift reward unless you tell us when your birthday is!

• Refer a friend (10 points, after your friend makes a minimum $50 purchase) Please Note: it may take a day after their purchase to the points in your dashboard

• Take quizzes (5 points for each unique quiz you take on our website; limit 1 set of points per quiz)

• Write a review (10 points per review , up to 12 times per year)

• Like Us on Facebook, Follow Instagram, Follow Us on Pinterest, Follow Us on Tik Tok (5 points for each like/follow)

• Read our content and guides (earn 1 point each)

We often have product finders or quizzes on Marmot.com that help us make product recommendations and find out what you like. Marmot Mountain Club members earn 5 points for every quiz they take on our site! Just make sure that you’re signed in to your account before you start. Please note that you’ll only earn points one time per unique quiz. We may not always have a new quiz available, so if you don’t see one, then check again soon.

After you have purchased an item while signed in to your account on Marmot.com, you will receive an email about your purchase. Check the ‘I want to earn rewards points for this review’ box in the email and follow the instructions to submit a review of your purchased item. Once your review has been approved, the points will be added to your account within 48 hours. You’ll earn 5 points for each review, up to 12 reviews each calendar year!

Points expire after 12 months on the last day of the month they were earned.

You can earn points for purchases made using Marmot Money on all items. (Please note that you will not earn points on the cost of shipping fees or tax.)

You may have accidentally checked out as a guest when you made a purchase on Marmot.com. You need to be logged in to your account before purchasing.
