Return Policy

As a part of the concerted global efforts to help slow the COVID-19 outbreak, we have reduced office hours and many employees are working remote. We will continue to actively answer your calls & emails as quickly as possible. We are happy to help facilitate you placing an order online, however, at this time we are not accepting credit card transactions over the phone or by email.

Purchases made on may be returned by mail with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. Overnight and Two-day shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are free through Once a return is received, processed, and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.

  • • Purchases made on can be returned via Mail.
  • • Purchases made at a Marmot Flagship Store can only be returned to a Marmot Flagship Store.
  • • You must have an original receipt or packing slip and the original form of payment to complete your return.
  • • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • • Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not accept the return of Marmot product not purchased at Purchases made at a Marmot Flagship Store must be returned to the location where the purchase was made and are subject to its return policies.

We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sale Price Adjustments

Marmot will honor a one-time price adjustment for products purchased at full-price on within 14 days of purchase. Products purchased on sale or closeout are not eligible for price adjustment.

Returning to a Marmot Flagship Store

We are unable to accept or Partnership Store returns at Marmot Flagship Stores. Items purchased in a Marmot Flagship Store may be returned to a Marmot Flagship Store and are subject to its return policies. Directions and hours of operation.

Please do not ship a return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return.
