Purchases made on Marmot.com or from a Marmot Flagship store can be returned with an original receipt within 60 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment. Overnight and Two-day shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are free through Marmot.com/returns. Once a return is received, processed, and credited, you will receive an email confirmation. Your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.

- • Purchases made on Marmot.com can be returned via Mail or to a Marmot Flagship store.
- • Purchases made at a Marmot Brand Store can only be returned to a Marmot Brand store.
- • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
- • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- • Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not accept the return of Marmot product not purchased at Marmot.com or from a Marmot Brand store. Those purchases must be returned at the location where the purchase was made and are subject to their return policies.

Returning to an Marmot Flagship Store
Returns may be made to our Aspen, Denver, Greenwich and San Francisco Marmot Flagship stores. Directions and hours of operation.
Please do not ship a Marmot.com return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return.
We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
