The fixed hood, double storm flap with VELCRO® closures, and elastic cuffs keep chilly winds out. Pockets stow their small essentials and double as handwarmers.

Whoa!
I bought this on sale during a past season event. For the price, it's more than perfect. I woud have paid double for the quality.
For reference, I bought the smallest size available for my 5T wearing 4/almost 5 year old. It's still HUGE. Not a problem, he can have it next year and it will suit him just fine. I'm just happy I snagged it for the price when I did.
I would say a solid fall jacket, water repellent and probably good for light snow days with layers underneath. Product description is right on point.
