Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading Temperature Rating Note that the temperature rating for this bag is -18C or 0F. This is in fact the "Extreme Rating". The "Comfort Rating" and the realistic temperature in which you should use this bag is actually 3C or 37F (approximately). This bag was not suitable for the cold temperatures I was sleeping in -2C to 1C (28F to 33F). Brrr. If the temperature rating was more clear, I would have no problems with the bag. It is comfortable, fits a bit long, and is good quality! Recommended for warm/cool nights.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and comfy I got this bag after getting the Trestles 30 and liking it. I have used this bag in temps in the low 20s and it seemed fine. I was in a tent and had an insulated ground pad. Like pretty much any time I camp and its cold always have to sleep with my nice comfy socks on or my feet get a little cold. This thing definitely traps in the heat and warms up quickly when you jump in it at night. Kinda bulky but it is a synthetic but smaller than what I was expecting. I got the larger version so I can roll around inside a little and you don't feel like you are in a coffin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very warm and comfortable This is a very warm bag I took it out the weekend after I received it to give it a test run in 14° it ended up being 8° and I stayed very warm (I get cold very easy) and comfortable the entire night. The bag stuffs very nicely (10X19) into the accompanied sack and will compress to nearly half that length. Excellent purchase!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXACTLY WHAT IT SUPPOSED TO DO I took this sleeping bag on the Vermont Appalachian Trail and it did its job! It kept me warm and fit very comfortable inside. I wish Marmot made a green Trestles in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Anniversary gift ever My wife and I bought each other the Trestles 0 bag for each other. Me the long size and her the woman version. We have used them in all kinds of conditions except backpacking(its absolutely massive in stuffsack, srsly). VERY warm, i have slept thru a 6 degree blizzard in my car on a insulated sleeping pad with no issues. A word of wisdom, marino wool base layers as pajamas.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crappy temperature rating! I froze my testicles off at 30 Degrees in this bag wearing a base layer. I have always stored the bag loose so the insulation does not get compressed. I even tried to contact Marmot about the performance problems, but they would not reply to e-mails. I will not buy a Marmot bag again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top brand. Wonderful warm high quality. Never disappointed w Marmot. I have multiple gear from them

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for cold weather, 100% positive about that. I bought this bag last year and only got my wife out camping in it this October. The weather was cold (approx. 39 degrees) and my wife slept with thermals, socks and a hat. She FROZE in this bag and ended up stealing a blanket from one of the kids. She said the fit was very tight, almost no room to move. She also said that she didn't cinch up the draw stings. However, considering my bag was rated for 30 degree weather and I slept with my bag unzipped at the top and only in my underwear, I was warm. Typically, she can sleep with the windows open in winter with a fan on and still be hot, leaving me to try and snuggle her inferno of a body for warmth. This is the first Marmot bag I bought and I will be reluctant to purchase another. This bag does not hold up to the brand name.
