Rated 3 out of 5 by from External pocket issues I have several friends who carry either this pack or a similar Marmot model. I loaded it for a solo two night trip in the Sierra. The pack loaded extremely easy and the 34 with enough room for everything I needed. The pack fit well and the suspension was comfortable. The hike included some minor scrambling to get to the campsite. Upon arrival I noticed holes had been worn into the external pockets on both sides of the pack where I had water bottles stored. The material is very fragile and is the only downside of this pack and thus my low rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Size I bought this pack a couple of months ago. It is the perfect size for an overnight but also can double as a daypack for a hike with my wife and small kiddo. I got it for a great price and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller versatile pack.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Everything I was looking for in a bag, but... Ordered the bag because it checked all the boxes on features I wanted in a day pack (no brain, wide zipper access, folding trekking-pole friendly, among many other things). It seemed to be built well and of nice quality and the green grew on me really quick. I really wanted to love it, however it had one critical flaw that caused me to have to send it back. That flaw is in its One Size Fits Tall sizing. I have a 19.5" torso and the straps connected to the pack at the very top of my shoulder. With the pack being too large, I was not able to adjust the pack in a way where any reasonable amount of weight felt comfortable for any length of time and found myself constantly readjusting the straps trying to make a better fit. The ill fit also caused the tent-pole style frame to creak often as I walked. If they remade this exact pack but in multiple sizes or with an adjustable torso length it would be almost perfect. The only other improvements I can think of are slightly more shoulder strap padding (which may not be an issues if the sizing were correct) and a wider hip-belt strap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Minimalist type of pack I tend to pack for a backpacking or day hike leaning towards a minimalist or taking as little as possible but prepared for what ever nature may have in our path. I am able to pack my sleeping bag, change of clothing, food, gear, tools, and jacket in the main compartment. I use the straps on the sides to carry my 5lb tent and my sleeping pad on the other side. Sunglasses, knife, flashlight and other essentials on the top pocket. With room to spare and compressing the bag makes my back feel like I am carrying not much at all. Only one request, add a compression strap on the top of the bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pack I bought the pack recently and have used it on several small hikes and then on a Grand Canyon hike. The pack fit and functioned well. I especially noticed the air flowing between me back and the pack, keeping me cool. I would add a rain fly to the pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pack so far I've had this bag a few weeks and used it a couple times so far and it's great! Lightweight and good quality with plenty of storage, the only thing I would say is I wish there was at least one more small zippered compartment for organization, other than that its perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for snowshoeing This bag is perfect for snowshoeing in the mountains. Have used it in the Catskills where on the same day hike, one might need snowshoes, crampons or just bare boots. The front pocket holds my pair of 22 inch MSR snowshoes perfectly and there are plenty of lash points for carrying crampons. The side zipper makes it easy to access the contents even when the snowshoes are in the pocket, and there is plenty of space for extra clothing and other necessities one should have when winter hiking in the mountains. Very pleased with this bag!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best outdoor backpack! Excellent! in every sense, great features, lightweight, cool design, several straps for a snug and tight fit. The thing I love the most is its durability and lightweight. At first I thought the light weight might be a reaso
