Returns & Exchanges

Purchases made on or from a Marmot Store are eligible for return. We do not accept return of Marmot product purchased from other retailer stores or websites.

Purchases made on can be returned to a Marmot store or our Distribution Center.

Purchases made at a Marmot Store can only be returned to a Marmot Store.

In order to return your purchase, the following must be true:

  • The item has not been used or worn and is in original, saleable condition
  • You purchased your product(s) from or a Marmot store
  • You have the original receipt
  • The original tags are attached

If it is within 60 days of the original purchase date you are eligible to receive a Refund or Marmot Gift Card.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges.

Gift cards will be issued in the amount of the original purchase, minus any shipping charges.

Gift Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for this to be applied to your account.

Returning to a Marmot Store

Returns may be made to our Aspen, Denver, Greenwich and San Francisco Marmot stores. Please do not ship a return to a store as it will have to be forwarded to our Distribution Center and will increase the time it takes to process your return. Directions and hours of operation.

Please note: Returns for a Refund received after 60 days from the original purchase but within 90 days of the original purchase date will automatically receive a Marmot gift card.
